Special Requests

The Sleepy Hollow Correctional Facility allowed inmates to make requests for various things using a standard suggestion form.  Reggie had a lot of fun with these forms, as he would generally make silly requests to the staff, although, he occasionally made some serious requests, such as for educational materils.
